I'm Rafa, a Brazilian video editor and motion graphics artist 💁🏻‍♂️.

I graduated from Journalism school in 2016 and worked as an editor for 8+ years at a digital newsroom. I had a great time there producing, scripting, editing, and animating videos and special reports for GZH. Behind the Photo was my passion project over there and I'm very proud of every single frame from the series.

Since mid-2023 I started getting some huge opportunities, so I left and opened up my own studio. Being called by Sift Creative to edit Rogers Federer's retirement video projected on London's O2 Arena's court after his final match was definitely the high point of my career and nobody can take it away from me 🥹.
